WHAT IS OUR GOAL

We are architects, partners, and regular people. We had gathered experience on our own in various architectural studios. Since 2019, we have been evolving together.

Whether we are designing a library for a family house or a whole housing estate, a single house or an entire street, a kitchen for a 1930s apartment or a coffee spot, we always adhere to the following rules.

Living up to our name. Being jung

Each of our projects has to speak for itself—it must be inspired and have a zest that is very hard to describe, but you can feel it when it is there. We are young and it’s our second nature to experiment, play, and break down stereotypes. However, we don’t want to lose this energy even when the first wrinkles and grey hair start appearing.

Fulfilling needs and ideas. Even those you may not know about yet

We ask and listen. A lot. At the beginning of each project, we ask about your habits, preferences, and life rhythm. The information provided is then transformed into shapes, spaces, colors, and materials. When you see the result of our work, we want you to say: “This is exactly what we wanted but we would never have thought of this solution ourselves".

It has to be fun for us. And when we say “us”, we mean you as well

How many times in your life will you have to think what you want your house or business to look like? Probably just once, twice at most, and that is why you should enjoy it as much as possible. We will make sure you enjoy the entire process, as well as the result. After all, it is you who will get to live in it.

Barbara Jung

While studying architecture at Brno University of Technology, I travelled to Vienna where I worked in the office of Christian Kronaus, assistant of Zaha Hadid. After graduation I collaborated on the creation of a new furniture brand in Petr Korecký's studio, where I got to grips with solid wood and metal elements. I gained further experience by working with landscape architects in studio PARTERO.

Adam Jung

I graduated from Brno University of Technology, majoring in Architecture and Urban Development. In addition to internship at ADEPT studio in Copenhagen, I studied one semester at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Architecture. For a while, I cooperated with MASPARTI studio in Šternberk, but then I decided to move back to Brno and started working at CHYBIK + KRISTOF. During my 5 years there, dozens of projects passed under my hands, including the construction of Lahofer Winery under my direction.
